Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Concierge Services Specialist to support our Digital Retailing solution. You will be expected to contribute to the operational efficiency of the Concierge team and liaison between our lenders, OEMs, and consumers. You will ensure that every consumer is provided an exceptional buying experience. This position will report directly to the Director, Dealer & Production Support.


  • Provide recommendations and assistance to consumers to arrange the financing of their digital purchases
  • Present customers with potential additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
  • Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Desk deals accurately, submit deals to lenders for approval, pursues credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, provincial, and federal guidelines
  • Prepare paperwork and contracts
  • Audit team deals post-sale and deeply analyze for improvements
  • Guarantee the expeditious
  • Other duties as assigned

SKILLS required

  • Knowledge of dealership finance procedures and in dealership experience is an asset
  • In-depth understanding of credit adjudication process
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Extraordinary verbal/written communication skills


  • Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred
  • Previous experience in automotive credit, funding, and in-dealership as an asset


  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • OMVIC License is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license
